About Me

It's common knowledge that our young people just aren't active enough, and this is contributing to increased rates of childhood obesity. It can be a hard task to draw your child's attention away from their computer or phone screen and get them interested in playing sport. As a parent of two children who refused to participate in any form of structured exercise during their early school years, I had to get creative and find ways to motivate them and help them discover a sport they could develop a passion and love for.
